Refund Policy

Payments made through the Payment Gateway cannot be refunded unless one of the following conditions is met:

  • When a customer's account is debited unduly or multiple times during a single transaction, a technical error occurs.
  • Customers will receive a refund minus the cost of the Payment Gateway.
  • A charge was made to the customer's card or bank account due to a technical error, but they are not enrolled in the exam.
  • Customers can sign up for Sphere Verity at no cost.
  • Any refund requested by the consumer will be reduced by the payment gateway's fees and charges.
  • When an original payment receipt was generated during the payment process, a refund request must include the transaction number. Within 21 to 25 days of receiving your request, Sphere Verity will send you an electronic check for the refunded amount.
  • Your bank may require 3–21 days to process the funds, depending on its policies.
  • Sphere Verity will reach out to users or consumers who have not made payments in order to resolve payment issues. Sphere Verity will credit the account of the disputing payer if a dispute arises between a payee and a payer.
  • The payee cannot file a dispute regarding a direct credit or debit to their account, which is the account of the disputing recipient.
  • A settlement agreement between the recipient and the payor specifies that Sphere Verity will handle the funds.
  • If there is a chargeback, the payment will be refunded in accordance with the agreement.
